Our Neighborhood Community Conversion (NCC) programs are built on the leadership, discipline, and service of America’s military veterans. Through NCC, veterans are hired, trained, and deployed as Neighborhood Custodians—providing visible, daily stewardship of neighborhoods through environmental cleanup, property stabilization, and community engagement.
In partnership with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), leveraging more than 6,000 posts nationwide, NCC connects veteran leadership to local action, ensuring neighborhoods are cared for by those who have already demonstrated a commitment to service and accountability
Human Capital 360’s Wraparound Reentry Opportunity Program (WRAP) is a comprehensive, pre- and post-release reentry initiative designed to ensure returning citizens are informed, prepared, and supported as they transition back into their communities. WRAP addresses one of the most persistent failures in reentry systems: individuals are often released without awareness of legitimate job, business, education, and support opportunities that could stabilize their lives and reduce recidivism.
WRAP changes that trajectory by institutionalizing early awareness, structured planning, and coordinated support—before release and after reentry.
The Neighborhood Pride Challenge is a citywide cleanup competition designed to transform neighborhood pride into positive action. By identifying the most impacted neighborhoods in each city, the Challenge channels the same loyalty, identity, and rivalry that often fuels division into a shared mission of restoration and ownership. Residents compete Neighborhood by Neighborhood to improve cleanliness, eliminate blight, and restore neighborhood pride—earning recognition, rewards, and community honor.
Winning neighborhoods are celebrated through public recognition and award ceremonies hosted in partnership with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), reinforcing service, dignity, and civic pride. The Neighborhood Honor Challenge proves that when pride is respected and redirected, it becomes a powerful force for community renewal.
